April 10 - 11, 2026 | An exclusive, designer-led bridal appointment featuring Katie Yeung, co-founder and creative director of Hera Couture. This private, 1:1 experience is reserved for brides specifically interested in Hera Couture and includes access to both in-store gowns, new trunk show styles, and custom dresses designed by Katie. Each bride will have the boutique entirely to herself to explore the collection alongside the designer. Limited to eight appointments only.
Consultation Policy
Thank you for considering our bridal boutique for your special day. Please read our bookings policy carefully to ensure a smooth appointment process: 1. Appointment Request and Payment: To schedule an appointment, please submit a request through our online booking system. Your appointment will only be confirmed upon receipt and acceptance of a payment method on file. Payment must be made at the time of scheduling online or via phone to secure your appointment slot. 2. Confirmation Process: Appointment requests will be reviewed within 12 hours of submission. You will receive confirmation via email once your appointment request has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. 3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations or rescheduling in less than 18 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in your initial booking fee to be deemed non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients effectively and value their time as much as yours. 4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the missed appointment to the credit card used for booking. 5. Disclaimer: Please note that this is an appointment request and does not guarantee a booking until you receive confirmation from us. 6. Second-Time Appointments: For second-time bridal consultations, the appointment fee will be waived; however, if you fail to show up or cancel within 18 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the booking fee. This policy ensures we can fairly accommodate all brides and respect our employees' time.
