Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes! Her Bridal Collective is by appointment only. We want our brides to have a personalized, efficient, and comfortable appointment.

Why is there an appointment fee?

You and your party will be the only people in the shop during your appointment. We want to provide a safe, relaxed, and positive experience for all of our brides while providing one-on-one attention.

Nude colored undergarments are recommended. No need to bring anything else!

Our store is small, so we can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. If you are planning on bringing more, please contact the store to discuss accommodations.

What sizes do you carry?

Our sample sizes come in 10–12 and 22–24. Most dresses can be ordered up to a size 30. Clips and modesty fabric are used to help brides get a better vision of what the dress would look like in their size. Call or email us if you have sizing questions.

How much are your dresses?

The average dress cost at Her Bridal Collective is between $3,000 and $5,000. Dresses start at $2,000 and can exceed $10,000. Under the Designer tab on our website, you can click on each designer to see their price ranges.

What are your payment options?

Accepted Answer

We require a 50% deposit to order the dress. The remainder is due at pickup. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. There is a 3% credit card fee so cash or checks are strongly encouraged. All sales are final at the time of deposit.

How long do dresses take to come in?

Most dresses take between 5 and 8 months. We recommend dress shopping at least 10 months before your wedding date to ensure enough time for alterations.

We do not have an in-house seamstress. However, we can provide trusted references for skilled alteration specialists in the area.

If you are looking for a dress very close to your wedding date, call or email the store. We will do our best to explore rush order options. We may also be able to help you find a dress off the rack — sample gowns available for immediate purchase.
