Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering our bridal boutique for your special day. Please read our bookings policy carefully to ensure a smooth appointment process: 1. Appointment Request and Payment: To schedule an appointment, please submit a request through our online booking system. Your appointment will only be confirmed upon receipt and acceptance of a payment method on file. Payment must be made at the time of scheduling online or via phone to secure your appointment slot. 2. Confirmation Process: Appointment requests will be reviewed within 12 hours of submission. You will receive confirmation via email once your appointment request has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. 3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations or rescheduling within less than 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in your initial booking fee to be deemed non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients effectively and value their time as much as yours. 4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the missed appointment to the credit card used for booking. 5.
